Workshop Training
The heart and success of any transport oriented industry lies in the workshop whereby all the trucks and trailers are to be maintained to be road worthy and reliable for any type of consignment.
We have a modern workshop with fully trained personnel. All our trucks have good record and a 10,000-kilometer checklist is prepared for all our drivers.
Training is provided to our mechanics and periodical training to drivers as well to keep to the standard of modern times. A fire and prevention training was done by Total Tanzania Ltd and we had an opportunity to send drivers for training as well. All our trucks are equipped with PPE.
Health, Safety and Environment
A recently introduced HSE department will oversee all health, safety and environment matters. Specific training programs have been adopted and to be implemented in all coming projects.
Future Investment
Keeping the constant demand for transportation in mind and also as per company policy to replace old trucks, director has ordered twenty-five 6X2 & 6X4 Daff Trucks from United Kingdom.
